My interview experience with one of the top Hospital in Chennai - Content thieves

I am going to share the experience and how they cheat with your talent. The reason I am writing this post is no one should get fooled by people like this. Recently, during my job search I applied for one of the top hospital in Chennai. I got a call from them and spoke to me and took all the details and asked me to give a detail digital marketing plan for 1 year with their competitor research. They gave a budget and the conversion they were doing was not even 1 percent with the plan I gave. And I did a complete backlink resarch on their works and gave in depth report with all calculator for 1 year. From then they said will let me know in 3 days and everytime I ask for they were dragging it and took it for one month and said I got shortlisted and after three days they said they can't move me to the next level. All this response I was getting when I ask them for update every three days. Point I am trying to make is I did a complete researcha nd gave them how it can be done better and what they are doing now is only 20 percent. So the person who interviewed me is not from digital BG and he took complete ideas from me now and he want someone who will listen to him and he can implement all the ideas I gave. Lesson learnt and this post is to show how selfish people are and how they steal your work to survive. Becareful with people like this....
